4.5 Delivery and Device Limitations

No sharing of mobile opt-in data. Mobile information and consent collected as part of our SMS program will not be shared with, sold to, or rented to any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This includes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, which will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with subcontractors that directly support the delivery of our messaging program — such as our SMS gateway provider — and those parties are prohibited from using the information for any other purpose.
