1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website, products, and services provided by OCInfosys LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

OCInfosys LLC provides payment processing solutions and industry-specific Point of Sale (POS) systems to businesses. Our services include but are not limited to credit card processing, POS software and hardware, business support services, and customer care communications delivered by phone, email, and text message.

3. Free POS System Eligibility

Free or discounted POS systems may be available based on processing volume, contract terms, and individual qualification. Eligibility is determined by the Company and may require:

• Minimum monthly processing volume
• Commitment to a service contract
• Acceptance of standard terms and pricing

Equipment must be returned upon contract termination unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payment Processing Guarantee

We guarantee to provide competitive payment processing rates. We commit to reviewing your current processing costs and offering rates at or below your existing rates, or working with you to find solutions that reduce your overall costs.

5. SMS Terms of Service

5.1 Program Details

Program name	OCInfosys LLC Customer Care
Message types	Customer care and support messages, including responses to your inquiries, service and technical assistance, appointment and installation scheduling and reminders, and account or service notifications.
Message frequency	Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with us.
Cost	Message and data rates may apply. OCInfosys LLC does not charge for the messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
Help	Reply HELP, email support@ocinfosys.com, or call 949-845-0070.
Opt-out	Reply STOP to any message at any time.
Supported carriers	AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5.2 Consent

You agree to receive text messages only after affirmatively opting in — for example, by checking a box on a web or paper form, providing your number to a representative, or texting us first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. We do not purchase, rent, or otherwise acquire mobile numbers or consent from third parties.

You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provide, and that you are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number. You agree to notify us promptly if your mobile number changes or is reassigned.

5.3 Opting Out

You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages to that number. To rejoin, sign up again as you did initially and we will resume sending messages to you.

5.5 Delivery, Devices, and Carriers

Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS messaging may not be supported on all handsets, plans, or carriers. Standard message and data rates from your carrier apply.

5.6 Privacy

Information you provide in connection with our SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5.7 Prohibited Use of the Messaging Service

You agree not to use our messaging service to transmit unlawful, harassing, abusive, defamatory, or fraudulent content, or to interfere with the operation of the service.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in all requests and applications, including a valid mobile number if you opt into SMS
• Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials or access information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your business operations
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, and materials provided by OCInfosys LLC are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without explicit written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OCInfosys LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation includes, without limitation, any damages arising from delayed, undelivered, or misdirected text messages.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Your continued use of our services or continued participation in our SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts located in California.
